A total of 11 of us gathered for our first meeting of 2022 at the Royal British Legion Club in Meir. Fred outlined our cash position, and we made a contribution to the Legion towards the use of their facilities each month.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to Fred and Rita on their Anniversary! Congratulations are also due to John, on reaching his milestone.<\/p>\n<p>We had a quick update on the upcoming enhancements to the Royal Stoke Cancer Centre, thanks to a generous donation from the <a href=\"https:\/\/register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk\/charity-details\/?regid=1149110&amp;subid=0\">Denise Coates Foundation<\/a>. If anyone would like to comment on the plans outlined, please send your thoughts to myself and they will reach the relevant people at the Hospital.
